Do I have to be there at 10am?
No, you can get there any time throughout the day. It all depends how much you need to do for your wedding, some couple come at 10am and stay all day, some stay for a few hours and one couple in January literally came in at 4.30pm because they knew what they wanted to book.

Are the catwalk shows different?
No, each catwalk show is the same and lasts approx. 30 minutes.

We have reserved seating at the front for VIP ticket holders and 250 seats unallocated seats for standard ticket holders, these work on a first-come-first –seated basis. There is also standing room for a further 100 people per show.
Where is The Liverpool & North West Wedding Show?
It takes place at the Exhibition Centre Liverpool, next to the Echo Arena – just ahead towards the Liverpool Eye. The full address is Exhibition Centre Liverpool, Kings Dock, Liverpool, L3 4FP….. please don’t go to our office on Union Court, we could never fit 6,000 people into it 🙂
Are children allowed at the show?
Yes they are and they are very welcome. Children 16 years and under are also free of charge and you don’t need a ticket for them. NB: they are not allowed in the VIP Lounge or seating.
How does the free bride or ticket work?
- You need to register online before 5pm Friday 8th September 2017
- When you come to the show with your free ticket, you must come with someone who has purchased a ticket
- The free ticket is for standard entry only and cannot be used for VIP
- The free ticket cannot be upgraded to VIP, you would need to buy a full VIP ticket to have VIP access.
I’ve brought the ticket for either Saturday/Sunday but I want to change it to the other day?
That’s fine, you can only use your ticket once so you can come either day.
I’ve ordered my ticket but I’ve not received in the post?
The tickets are e-tickets. When you booked your ticket or registered for your free ticket, you would have received an email confirmation. Either print off your e-ticket and hand that in at the show or we can scan the tickets from your phone. If you haven’t got a printer or a smartphone, then we can print copy tickets when you get here.
I can’t find the confirmation email for my tickets?
Don’t worry, bring some ID with you and can sort it out at the show when you get here.
Is there a car park at the show?
There is a paid-for multi-storey car park next to the Echo Arena/Exhibition Centre which has plenty of disabled parking on each level. There is also a cheaper alternative on the main road next to McDonalds, Kings Car Park.
Can I use my ticket to visit the Baby and Beyond Show next door?
Yes you can, all tickets to the wedding show gives you free access to the Baby and Beyond Show.
If I have to leave the show can I re-enter on the same day?
Yes – you will be given a wristband upon entry, so if you want to leave the show for any reason just wave your wristband at us when you re-enter.
